Boot Camp
Fun work-hard play, Boot Camp is an exercise format that is sure to rev-up the most avid exercisers. Endurance games, intervals, circuits and gliding are just a few of the innovative ideas used to train the entire body for serious results.
Cardio Intervals
Mix it up with a high intensity aerobics, step, cardio drills, plyometric moves, strength and core training. It's never the same class twice!
Cardio Weight Circuit
A combination of boxing, cardio and strength training to get you in great shape.
Gentle Yoga
Deeply relax and energize your mind and body with a progression of yoga postures and breathing exercises designed to release tension and calm the mind. Designed to suit all who attend.
Kickboxing
A 60 minute high intensity class that includes kicking and punching drills--develops agility.
Lite Weight Training
All the benefits of traditional weight training for those who want to work hard but at a slower pace.
Mindful Movement
A yoga/pilates mix focusing on flexibility, alignment and body awareness.
NIA
Aerobic exercise combining the grace and spontaneity of dance, the power and explosiveness of martial arts and the stillness and concentration of yoga and tai chi. Enjoy moving your body's way.
Pilates for Posture
This core based class will develop muscle strength as well as improve posture, balance, flexibility and joint mobility. The pace is slow the results amazing.
Spin
Start pedaling and review the fundamentals of studio cycling with emphasis on form and technique. When you are ready, challenge your aerobic capacity through interval training, fueled by energy and strength, try lifts, jumps and laps. This class is for everyone and will truly motivate you to new levels of fitness.
Spin/Weight Training
Get a great cardio start with 30 minutes of spin class and then move to a strength and form building class with 30 minutes of weight training.
Step-Sculpt
Work your whole body through aerobic step and strengthening exercises designed for a complete workout.
Weight Training
Work your whole body in every way. This total body workout is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance utilizing free weights, therapy balls, body bars, tubing and ankle weights.
Zumba
Zumba is all about the music. Turn up the heat with this fun aerobic workout based on Latin and other international rhythms. It's OK if you don't know the steps, just move with the music and have fun.
Zumba Step
Latin rhythms combined with step aerobics for an amazing and fun workout with a lot of flair.
