When you join Bodies in Balance you begin an exciting collaboration with certified, educated exercise trainers and instructors who will formulate and implement a program to keep you moving based on your specific health history and your goals.

Our training programs and classes follow the guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine. They combine aerobic activity, strength training, flexibility training and stress reduction techniques.
Our bright clean space offers Cybex resistance machines, plate loaded workout stations, free weights, cable cross over, stretch center, plus treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers, a Concept rower, a Stairmaster, a recumbent bike and overhead televisions in our cardio area.
Our Staff
Our classes run the gamut from high intensity spinning, boot camp and kickboxing to medium intensity step and weight training to our dance based fitness classes Nia and Zumba which focus on creativity balance, agility and coordination. The mind body core Pilates classes and gentle yoga are for developing breath awareness, stillness and joint mobility.
Our desk staff are the best!!! Friendly and helpful, we really are the place where everybody knows your name and the enthusiasm, humor and professional expertise of our entire staff enable them to easily share the wealth of their knowledge with clients.

Busy Moms
We know moms don't have a lot of time and need to get in and out quickly. Several of our classes, including our 9:15AM, are tailored for YOU!!!! Look better, lose weight and interact socially.
For busy moms Bodies In Balance offers:
Babysitting Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9AM-12 NOON
High intensity classes including Boot Camp, Kickboxing, and Cardio Weight Circuit
Large variety of classes in the morning when the kids are in school
Friendly social atmosphere with lots of other moms

We open Bodies In Balance at 6 A.M. on Monday through Friday
We stay open 'til 8:30 P.M. Monday thru Thursday
We have 6:45 classes every morning
We have 5:30 classes most evenings
We have clean locker rooms and showers available
