Bodies in Balance Schedule
PLEASE ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY TO CLASS SO THAT YOU CAN SET UP AND BE READY TO START ON TIME. THE WARM UP PORTION OF CLASS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN PREVENTING INJURY, NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER A CLASS IF THEY ARRIVE 10 MINUTES AFTER CLASS HAS STARTED.
Please carry in clean sneakers to the Fitness Center. We recommend that you bring water and a towel to class. If Delaware Valley School District has a delayed opening or is closed for inclement weather all classes before 10:30 AM will be cancelled. Please call the Fitness Center if you have any questions about cancellations.Class schedule subject to change at any time.
